Zachary C. Meeks, Esq.

Owner & Lead Injury Attorney

My passion lies in helping those who have been injured receive the justice and compensation they deserve. Every client who walks through our doors is facing a difficult, often overwhelming situation, and I take pride in guiding them through the legal process with clarity, compassion, and unwavering advocacy. Equally important to me is empowering my team to be the best they can be, ensuring we provide top-tier legal representation with a personal touch.

One of the most meaningful cases I’ve handled involved a client who suffered a devastating, life-altering injury in a car accident. She faced over $600,000 in medical bills—an impossible burden for anyone to bear. While no settlement could undo what she had endured, I fought to ensure she received the maximum possible recovery, negotiating her medical bills down to just 7% of the total. Seeing the relief on her face when she realized she could move forward without overwhelming debt reaffirmed why I do this work.

My approach to every case starts with listening. I want to understand my clients’ goals, concerns, and needs before crafting a strategy that aligns with their best interests. A native Georgian, I grew up in Alpharetta and now live in Suwanee. Being part of this community has shaped my understanding of its challenges and values, and I take pride in serving the people here. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, college football and basketball, traveling with family and friends, and studying history. My personal motto—“A rising tide lifts all boats.”—guides not just my professional life, but how I approach leadership, teamwork, and community involvement.

Being an attorney is more than just a profession—it’s a calling to serve others in their time of need. Personal injury law allows me to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of those who need it most. I stay involved in my community through my church, The Vine Community Church, and by supporting local nonprofits. I’m also an active member of the Forsyth County Chamber, BNI I Gotta Guy in Gwinnett County, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and Windermere Golf Club. Through my work, both in and out of the courtroom, I hope to continue making a difference for those who need it most.
